What is our return policy?

Just let us know on the Contact Us page and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. What are the types of payment we accept?

Payment of new account is on a COD CASH (Money Order/Cashier's Check) basis or prepay in advance (MasterCard and Visa accepted). Terms may be available upon request and approval.

What is the shipping lead time for an order?

It usually takes about 3-5 business days to ship out an order. However, it may take a longer time to process an order during a holiday season.
